- Customize a program for clients of all ages, abilities, and medical conditions
- Structure a fitness program to aid weight loss and increase endurance, incorporating cardiovascular and strength training elements
- Utilize a wide range of fitness equipment, such as stability balls and other balance apparatus, medicine balls, and resistance tubing
- Give priority to your safety
- Consult with you to make sure you are following the right program to meet your individual fitness goals
